Best realtor we have ever worked with!! We were transferring from Ohio to Florida and couldn't be in Florida for everything that we should be. Ken stepped up and took videos, oversaw work that had to be done on the house pre-purchase, and anything we needed! Even after 2 years, I reached out to Ken for some advice about a leak we had in the roof. He went on to the county site with me on the phone and looked up the permit and I was able to find the company that installed the roof before we purchased the home.
