Year over year, Sanford’s home values have held fairly steady, with the typical home value up about 1.5 percent. Listing prices followed a similar path, rising a bit under 2 percent compared with a year ago. Inventory has expanded more noticeably over that time, with active listings up nearly 11 percent.
In the latest rolling three‑month period through September 2026, buyers are seeing more choices, with about 4.8 months of supply, up sharply from roughly 3.7 months a year earlier.
