Ken is an excellent realtor. He handled my relocation from Pennsylvania to Florida. Ken remained in constant contact with me while I was in PA with new listings that came on the market. He would head to these listings and take videos of the entire property inside and out. This was a big factor in helping me find a property being so far away. When I see homes that I liked I would then travel to actually see in person. Ken does go above the normal realtor to satisfy his clients. Even after 2 years, I reached out to Ken for some advice about a leak we had in the roof. He went on to the county site with me on the phone and looked up the permit and I was able to find the company that installed the roof before we purchased the home.
