Year-over-year, Orlando’s rolling three-month typical home value has slipped slightly, while median list prices have edged up a bit, signaling modest price softening for sellers and a bit more breathing room for buyers. Inventory has contracted compared with a year ago, with active listings down and new listings also slightly lower, which tempers how far conditions tilt toward buyers.
