Year-over-year, Orlando home values have risen about 3.8 percent, even as nearby Orange County values have dipped roughly 1.14 percent. Compared with the county’s typical value of $435,000, Orlando’s typical home value sits a bit lower at around $410,000.
In the latest snapshot from March 2026, the median list price stands near $399,900 with about 1,536 homes on the market and 531 new listings. Homes are taking longer to sell than last year at a median of 54 days on market, but that’s down almost 23 percent from the prior month, while roughly 32.8 percent of listings saw a price cut and about 12 percent sold above the asking price.
Looking ahead to April 2026, typical values are projected to edge up to about $426,550 while projected inventory holds near 1,528 homes and the projected median list price stays close to $399,850.
