Kim and Tim was great. They did their research, came by and help with setting the sale price of the home by comparing homes within the area. They also provided assistance getting contractors to work around the house to get it ready for sale. Great communication and knowledgeable which is what you will want from a realtor. I am happy to have used them for the sale of my home.

Kim and Tim sold and helped me buy my last 2 houses. Both are very responsive and made themselves available at all times. Both the buy and sell side of things went smoothly and have tons of knowledge. I would not have used them twice if I thought otherwise.
