Kristina had a home listed in August 2023 that I reached out to her via e-mail. Within less than an hour I received an email response from her introducing herself. I asked her to call me to discuss our needs/wishes in a home search, and she responded back almost immediately. We spent approximately 1/2 hour on the phone discussing our home search needs. That night she set us up with a specific property search for the various 55+ communities that we might be interested in. In November 2023 we traveled from Cincinnati OH to Ocala to meet her personally and toured the gated communities that we were interested in purchasing. After searching and touring various homes, we purchased a home in Summerfield FL February 2024. The closing of the home was done electronically and uncomplicated.

Over a year ago my wife and I put our house up for sale in Port Charlotte. We then wanted to come up to Ocala to look for a home in an adult community.
