I am a full-time agent with 24 years of experience. I was licensed in 2001 and since then have helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes throughout Connecticut. My main market areas are central CT and the CT shoreline (New Haven County) as well as parts of Hartford and Middlesex counties. Laureen has provided me with soooo much knowledge about buying, and maintaining, what to look out for and has extended herself to help connect me to honest people that are able help me. (I knew nothing about boilers, split system central ACs, radon testing during inspection: to detect radioactivity in soil/water which increases risk in lung cancer). Laureen has extensive knowledge and guess what she shares it!!! (I find most people don’t like to share their knowledge so it’s a really big thing for me when someone is forthcoming. This her craft!
