We are so grateful we found Phil through the Homes for Heroes program, which connected us with him. From the very beginning, Phil was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout our entire home-buying process.

As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Phil was always there to explain everything, guide us through each step, and make sure we felt comfortable with the decisions we were making. He was never pushy and always had our best interests in mind.

We also really appreciated being able to take advantage of the savings offered through Homes for Heroes. Finding Phil through the program was such a great connection, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us purchase our first home.
