I had a frustrating experience with this listing agent due to poor communication and lack of guidance. I was one of the first to view a property and clearly expressed strong interest. Since I was overseas at the time, I immediately arranged for a local agent to represent me and move forward.
After that, communication dropped off completely. I was not informed about next steps, deadlines, or how to properly submit an offer remotely. Shortly after, I found out the property was already marked as pending without any update or follow-up.
While I understand the market can move quickly, I would have expected clearer communication and at least basic guidance on how to proceed as a serious buyer, especially given my situation.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and discouraging. All information and interactions are written in a Text messages for anyone interesting.
