We met at the end of August, beginning of September, set down together and made the plan She was able to negotiate exceptionally well, took all into a consideration in the contract land despit a challenge seller not having a suitable housing within the closing date, we were able to move on to a second choice for home. The second one, seller was ready for his new home and we could meet our closing day of Dec 5, 2022. Thank you so much Laurie for traveling with me and showing all the properties I had chosen to see.
