She is very knowledgeable of the area and worked extremely hard for us all the way to the closing table. Lisa got us a selling price $10,000 above our asking price, and apprx, $90,000 more than the property would have sold less than 12 months ago. She took care of everything except for arranging the township inspection. The paperwork was also painless. And my wife and I are very grateful with the precautions she took with perspective buyers and their agents in this COVID pandemic.
