I feel very confident if Lisa was not involved in this purchase and her willingness to do whatever was necessary in order to get my new home inspection approval we would not have been able to close on time. The builder was very difficult to deal with and continued to make promises they did not keep. When they told us at the last minute we were not going to be able to close on time, Lisa reached out to the highest possible contact at that company to get my house completed so I could move in. Without her efforts I would not have been able to move in on time. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in the market. She will not let you down!

I was a very wishy washy seller. Lisa talked me off the ledge several times and gave me the confidence my house could be sold for the asking price. She made several suggestions to improve the appearance of the house that were not expensive and I believe did make a difference. Lisa always made sure to have fresh flowers for the pictures and showings. A little touch that made a big difference! I was so grateful she sold my house on the first day since I was dealing with personal issues which made showings very stressful. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone who even has the slightest interest in selling. She will help you through any problems and get you the maximum sales price!
