There were days during this sale that Lisa was on vacation with her family and she was still able to keep things moving and communicated well even with service issues.

This sale was especially difficult because of a roof vandalization issue that cause us to have to submit a claim in the last two weeks of closing. Lisa was on top of all of the issues and was getting information from colleagues to try to help. Always positive and encouraging and understanding. I never felt like I was alone in any of the process.

Closing kept getting pushed back and she was on top of every document.

She was professional with every aspect and was able to give me confidence every step of the way. She is a gem for sure.

Lisa was recommended to us by our son who had worked with her about two years earlier on the purchase of their home. And I had met Lisa one time during that transaction and she seemed very nice and professional.

But during our home search and sale she exceeded our expectations! She was both nice and professional, but was very caring as well. We interacted with several other agents during our 3 month association with Lisa and she was far and away so much better than they were. She went above and beyond. We just love her. And will tell all of our family and friends to reach out to her for a home sale or purchase.
