I was referred to Julie and her team by a realtor in Tucson to prepare for my move to Colorado Springs. She was patient and so very kind, even though it took me quite a while to get my search going. Once I did, I received regular emails that fit what I was looking for. Once I found the house I wanted, I contacted Julie and she guided me through the entire process. She communicates so well and her team is on top of every little detail! This was especially challenging for me as I was doing this all from Arizona, not Colorado. I trusted her and was not disappointed, she went above and beyond! She took care of all the leg work, helped me find needed vendors, confirmed that inspection items were completed and we closed on time.
