We had a wonderful experience working with Torrin Fee. He was attentive, caring, and truly took the lead throughout the entire process, which made everything feel far less overwhelming. Torrin was always available to answer questions and went above and beyond by offering support to organize appointments for a contractor to visit our new home for quotes prior to our closing date. His knowledge of the process and clear guidance on our next steps gave us a lot of confidence. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend him.

So how do we start, we met Wendy at an open house, we knew right away we needed her to sell our house. Right from the first meeting with her she was so consistent, every text i sent her asking her all kinds of questions out of feeling anxious, she never put me aside, she answered everything with such knowledge. She knew what was best for us, she had our complete best interest at heart, even if i second guessed, she was always right!
If she couldnt arrange something, she was right on it, and within minutes she had someone else help us out. Ive met some pretty cool up standing people through Wendy, namely Stefanie and Chelsea. Both of which had high standards like Wendy does!
This is mine and Steves next chapter and she made our dreams come true, i don't know how i can ever repay Wendy and all her team!
