Manulani was born in Miami, Fl. but spent her adolescence going back and forth between Miami, FL. and Paterson, N.J. She was mesmerized by her grandfather, a Paterson Police Officer/FireFighter/Entrepreneur– whom she watched buy businesses, purchase rehabs, and flip houses in both Miami and New Jersey.
