I have used Maria as my realtor for selling and buying properties. She was professional, knowledgeable and always seeking our best interest. She would answers calls, texts, and Emails promptly, and reaching her was never a problem. She was also willing to spend the time to assist us in our property searches and during the closing stages. Not only did she guide us through the entire process she on more than one occasion stepped in when we encountered obstacles to help in clearing them up by speaking to the broker, listing agent or the insurance agent. We have worked with many realtors and many homes. Maria is one of the best. A true buyer and sellers advocate that helped us in so many ways. Navigating real estate in this current market is crazy but buying and selling in the Florida keys is more like gorilla warfare.
