Coral Terrace’s rolling three-month data points to a market with steady listing activity but softer sales volume. Active listings are down slightly year over year, while new listings have slipped more noticeably, suggesting fewer owners are bringing homes to market. Even with this, homes sold over the period are down more than 20% from a year ago, indicating slower turnover and more cautious buyers.
