Maria Afsharian

Both my mother’s and father’s parents were in the real estate business. Growing up, I observed and participated in related decisions that changed lives and contributed to the creation of legacies. I have been an investor, landlord, buyer, and seller myself, and I am grateful for the opportunity to represent my clients by sharing my knowledge and experience.

In addition to real estate, I worked for many years as a consumer journalist for NBC News. Through this experience, I acquired many skills that are transferable to my career in real estate, such as working with the public, conducting extensive research, meeting deadlines, negotiating, budgeting, collaborating, and problem-solving.
