My home went under contract within DAYS of initially being on the market but through no fault of my own, the deal fell through. When Nadiyah broke the news to me she said, “No worries, I’m on it and I’ve got you” (and she did as she was ALREADY working on a backup plan ahead of time) While the process was stressful to me, Nadiyah stayed the course and kept it moving and flowing. She had me back under contract within a week’s time and vigorously stayed the course closing the deal ABOVE asking. She’s an EXCELLENT communicator and negotiator and goes “hard” for her clients.
