A great overall experience
Mark and Stephanie are more than we could have expected from a real estate team. Both are polite, prompt and understanding. Mark and Stephanie are a great asset for this Coldwell Banker office.
Mark has always been honest, sincere, accurate, efficient, and focused on our needs when we consult him regarding a possible real estate transaction. He has YEARS of experience and is well connected with other agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, and contractors. Working with Mark is transparent and easy. He is a stress reliever and this is extremely valuable. But, of course, you already know this as I am certain that you have heard it from many other clients over the years!

I appreciated the Open House that was conducted, even though it did not produce a buyer. Mark kept us informed with weekly status reports via email and phone conversations as well. We felt valued as clients and that he always placed our urgency to consummate a sale foremost in his thoughts and negotiations. We truly felt that he was by our side throughout the entire process. This is extremely important and Mark excels at this ability, remaining focused and energized to find a buyer and bring the transaction to a successful closing.
Mark's assistant, Stephanie Kirby, was excellent throughout the process of our transaction. She was quick to respond to voice mails and emails, always equipped with pertinent information and an ability to soothe our anxieties. She is a superb addition to Mark's team. Also, we enjoyed the receptionists on multiple occasions when we visited the office. They were quick with a friendly smile and comment, and always offered us a cold bottle of water or a cup of coffee. Please tell them thanks for their hospitality.
