MaryAnn performed excellent from the fort meeting until after closing.
MaryAnn was accessible throughout the entire sale which was very helpful.
There wasn't anything that surprised us during the sale, because MaryAnn explained every step before it occurred.
I would strongly suggest MaryAnn and her office to my family and friends because of the excellent results and performance we received during the sale of our house.
Thanks to MaryAnn we sold the house in a very quick timeframe and within our price range.

Maryann Mason was wonderfully knowledgeable about the area and did a great job educating us on vastness that is Cape May County. She was always approachable and responsive when we asked questions (and we asked ALOT of questions). Maryann took the time to understand the type of home we were looking for and always made herself available when we wanted to see something on the market. We are very happy with the home we purchased and this is a home she found and brought us to. Many thanks to Maryann Mason for all her hard work during the months it took us to find our home.
