She was a great help from start to finish

We got hooked up with Maryanne through the relocation program. Our house has been for sale for 1+ years and we had no offers and little interest. Within 1 month of listing with Maryanne, there was interest and an offer on the table by the end of the second month! She was a pleasure to work with really took the time to understand our needs as out of state sellers.

Great to work with. On time, clear communication, open honest answers and she will find answers she is unsure about. She really worked her tail off finding us a house that fits in our needs while explaining every step.

MaryAnn performed excellent from the fort meeting until after closing.
MaryAnn was accessible throughout the entire sale which was very helpful.
There wasn't anything that surprised us during the sale, because MaryAnn explained every step before it occurred.
I would strongly suggest MaryAnn and her office to my family and friends because of the excellent results and performance we received during the sale of our house.

Maryann Mason was wonderfully knowledgeable about the area and did a great job educating us on vastness that is Cape May County. She was always approachable and responsive when we asked questions (and we asked ALOT of questions). Maryann took the time to understand the type of home we were looking for and always made herself available when we wanted to see something on the market. MaryAnn listened to us about what we wanted and only showed us houses that matched that criteria! It was fantastic, exactly how we wanted it to go!!! Her attention to detail was phenomenal! She was honest and true. I appreciated that so much!

Mary Ann Mason always was over the top compared to other realtors I have had in the past. I would recommend her to anyone.
Mary Ann adjusted my heat and air as needed and baled water out of my utility room when I had a frozen pipe that burst. I am not sure many realtors would have done that.

MaryAnn is wonderful! I was traveling from North Jersey, and I was concerned that it might take a long time to find something just right. MaryAnn listens and showed us what we were asking to see. In three visits, I found the perfect place! MaryAnn was knowledgeable about the area and the properties, and she was very helpful in providing contact numbers for mortgage information, insurance agents, even plumbers and electricians. It's been a real pleasure working with MaryAnn!! I'd do it again as long as MaryAnn could be my agent!
