Matt is an Atlanta native, born and raised in Dunwoody. He graduated from Cornell University (1991) with a double major in English and Art History. Pursuing Olympic dreams immediately after college, he clocked the equivalent of a sub-4:00 mile for the New York Athletic Club. Today, he only runs between meetings, but he and his wife, Sue, enjoy cheering on their son, Peyton (Westminster), and daughters, Lauren and Ansley (Woodward), from the stands.

Matt’s business acumen, work ethic, and fiduciary loyalty to clients define his success. While in his twenties, Matt founded an advertising agency that went head-to-head against ad giant BBDO to win the Cingular Wireless (AT&T) national direct response business. After selling the company in his thirties, he founded Kendall Fine Art, working with high-net-worth clients to develop art investment portfolios. He purchased, sold, and brokered tens of millions in art to a client base that demanded the highest levels of integrity, knowledge, and negotiating prowess. Today, Matt brings his unique and well-honed skills to those seeking incomparable service in buying or selling real estate.
