We communicated to Max that, given the market conditions, that is was likely that if we found the right opportunity it would likely not be on the market. Max’s knowledge of the market and is relationships with other agents allowed us to get an early look at the opportunity that we eventually purchased. So, while Max was professional and diplomatic, he was confident enough to to recommend that move quickly and aggressively, which allowed us to have our offer accepted.
