Deciding whether or not to sell or purchase a home is a big decision. A home is often the single most expensive asset a person will acquire in their lifetime. The more familiar you are with the process and prepared you are at the beginning, the less overwhelming and chaotic the entire transaction will be. My intention is to make the process as efficient, seamless and stress-free as possible. It is my job to support you to sell your home or help you to find the right home, strategize to make a winning offer with the best possible terms, and assist you through the entire escrow process which ends when you get your money for the sale or I hand you the keys to your new home.

I was raised in North Berkeley and Montclair Village in the Oakland Hills making me intimately knowledgable about the East Bay. As an adult, I returned to the city where I lived in many parts of San Francisco before returning to the East Bay to raise my son. So I understand what a major decision it is to make the transition to crossing a bridge and moving across the bay.
