Alonya Buford

I was born and raised in Oakland and have extensive knowledge of Oakland and the East Bay. My appreciation of real estate began as a little girl with me going to work with my father, who is a retired land surveyor. This early introduction to real estate and land development peeked my interest in the business. My passion for people, unparalleled commitment to serving others and desire to always lead with integrity fuels my love of this business.

I studied at California State University, Sacramento receiving my Bachelor’s Degree, Spring 2006 in Business Administration, with a Minor in Real Estate and Land Use. Additionally, I have completed a Certification in Project Management from the UC Berkeley Extension. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family, serving on the greeter’s ministry at church, traveling as well as entertaining.

I pride myself on quality and excellence. When listing a property, with the support of my clients, I promise to put the best product on the market; one that showcases the properties highest and best use as well as value. As a buyer agent, I promise to listen, be patient and to identify the best product on the market for the client.
