Megan has a "I can do it" attitude which I really appreciated. I reside in another state so it was imperative that I trust her with all issues in purchasing my home. She always returned my calls and texts as soon as she could. She was so good at finding answers to my questions even if they were silly. I loved doing business with her.

Megan Bradshaw was a God sent! She was very sprirtual, professional, patient, timely, knowledgeable and kind. When ever I called or texted her, she was always available and never showed any indication that I was a bother. I relied on her heavily for her expertise and she would always welcome her opinion without leading me in a different direction. We prayed together as we looked at homes and made offers and she would always remind me that I would know what house was for me and that was a true statement!
I can truly say, I made a friend during this most important time of my life and I was sad when I closed, because I looked forward to talking and seeing her on almost a daily basis for about 3 months.
We agreed that we would keep in contact from time to time and I have already started recommending her to family and friends when they get ready to make a purchase.

Our realtor Megan Bradshaw went above and beyond to find us a home that was perfect for us. My wife & myself lived over a thousand miles away from Arkansas so having a realtor represent us that would go the extra mile was very important to us.
Our house sold very quickly. We only had approximately 10 days to find a new house in Arkansas.
The fact that we did not live in Arkansas and had to depend upon Megan to find us a house that fit our needs was imperative. We had told Megan what we were looking for & that we needed it in a very short time span because of our closing date.
Megan worked constantly to find us a home & sent us many perspective homes. Our new home was well & above anything that we imagined we would find.

As a first time home buyer, I had researched and made sure I was ready. Megan would answer my text messages and calls right away. I was never left unsure. Megan was knowledgeable and knew the area. This was very important to me. I believe nothing is by chance! This was destined! I would definitely keep in touch with Megan and use her services in the future!!!!

If you are lucky enough to have Megan as your agent, you will experience what customer service is all about. It has been some time between home purchases and Megan guided us through like a true professional. Even when we wanted to look at a real Junker she didn't try to push us away from it. Instead, she stuck to our requests and like a trooper took us to see it. In the end, Megan found us the right home.

Megan was so helpful throughout the entire home buying process!! She was always sending me houses she thought I might like, willing to go look at them with me, and always answered my many many questions. I'm a first time home buyer, so I didn't know the logistics of hardly anything in buying a home, but she was very patient and helpful in providing any information I might have needed. Her attention to detail was great as well. She made sure I knew immediately when something was being sent over for me to sign or if I needed to look at something.
