Megan came in late in my house sale process. I had planned a private sale to a friend, and that fell through I was going to have to list it. Megan had listed and sold my next-door neighbors house 5 years prior, so I was comfortable with her knowledge of my neighborhood. she met with me on a Sunday, and the house was cleaned, photographed, listed, and sold for the full asking price by the following sunday!!! the speed and accuracy were incredible, and she kept me fully informed of the whole process.
