MELANEE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS

We had to make a few trips down from Washington to look at various properties. Melanee made herself available to us, showing us multiple properties in the same day, even driving up over very rough roads high up in the mountains. Her professional demeanor, working to understand and meet our needs, and patience were exemplary.
When we ultimately found our home, the process was smooth and easy. We will be looking for her assistance again when we are ready to invest in other properties. Melanee Woodman is a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her.

Since this purchase of land took a year and a half, Melanee went above and beyond in helping me explore other options and continue to consider other properties, in case the escrow fell through, and continued to communicate with me with up to date information throughout the process.

We cannot say enough positive comments. Melanee made herself available as our representative during inspection, we were in California and unable to be there. She made a trip to find a beach path that was listed and we couldn't find. She has research and presented us with information, information that we could looked up but she said no problem. We were driving around Bandon our last day before we went back to Redding, found a vacant house that was not even in price range we had given. We called Melanee and said we have to go home in 2 hrs could you show us this house? She drove from Coos Bay met us within 25 min to show us the house we ended up purchasing. Above and beyond and willing to go the extra mile!

We were beyond pleased with Melanee, she went above and beyond expectations for a realtor. We called with non stop questions, had limited time so she made herself available at moments notice and research many questions we had which many were outside her job description.
