I had spoken with Melanee quite a while ago about a listing in River Bend MHP. I was impressed with her knowledge of the area, transparency regarding possible problems with the property and willingness to provide me with additional details I requested, with no pressure about when I would make the 850 mile journey to see things in person. Over the following year plus I developed a particular interest in the Brandy Bar development, and Melanee continued to fill me in on the details when opening came up there as well as a few larger homes. Other realtors would pressure me to come up and make an offer anytime I asked them to do some research, even if the the research turned up something that made the listing less desirable than I had hoped.
When I was finally ready to come visit the area, a listing at Brandy Bar popped up on line the day I arrived in Oregon, so I contacted Melanee within a couple hours, met here at Brandy Bar the next day and had an offer in that afternoon.
Melanee was also very active and instrumental in the inspection and negotiations following the inspections which was critical in closing the deal.
Brad was a great inspector, and Melanee even showed up at the Escrow office to help answer and questions I had.

I'll probably start looking to buy a site built home so I am ready when interest rates drop. It would make most sense for me to by in Brookings, but I'll probably buy here in Reedsport as I have so much trust and confidence in Mealnee Woodman.
