My parents were selling their home in a tough market as interest rates were rising. Melanee Woodman and Kelly had great strategic advice about realistic pricing, informed by the market where my parents live (Reedsport) and in nearby Coos Bay as well. They also helped my parents understand into what condition to get the home to improve salability and in some of the contract negotiations. Melanee and Kelly and extremely knowledgeable, honest and effective. They worked hard and well and the home was under contract quickly, which ended in a sale!
