Melanee was a great help in the purchase of our new home by being our local eyes while needing to shop for a home remotely. Her willingness to do video and live streaming walk-throughs of several homes for us helped us get a more realistic view of the homes than what might have otherwise been difficult to ascertain from just the various listings' photos. She also follows up with additional videos when we still had questions about areas that were puzzling to us. She is very accommodating and tries to respect the wishes and requests of many involved in the house buying process. I had been looking for a property since Spring 2021 and had another agent. I was already pre-approved and I found the property and first toured the property with that agent. I learned that agent and the listing agent both worked for the same brokerage and did not tell me. I knew that was NOT beneficial for me as a buyer, so I did an internet and found Melanee. I was still living in Medford and her previous reviews said she was very knowledgable about the local area and that had helped previous out of area clients. That was why I selected Melanee and I am so glad I did.

Melanee was the most pleasant and respectful realtor we've ever worked with. Her experience and customer service made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress free. She was always available by phone or email and made our potentially tough situation easy. We were buying a house sight-unseen because we were living out of the area. Melanee was always readily available and went above and beyond to be flexible considering the distance and time zone difference. We were able to see all the places we needed to with thorough detail and honest feedback from her first person perspective. Melanee took all our interests into consideration and applied those with her expert local knowledge to put us in the perfect house. She helped us negotiate with the seller to settle on an appropriate price and home condition for us to move in to. We did experience significant issues with our lender and Melanee fought for us, helping get the closing date extended and an agreement for a temporary rent situation with the seller. Any issues that came up she helped fix them before they became roadblocks to the sale.

Can't imagine any other agent taking the time and enlisting her husband to trek through deep forest and hilly terrain to video property we were considering. We worked with her for a full year in acquiring a property that met our needs.
