Melissa Sanford was like an angel sent to me. She was professional...she kept me informed every step of the way and closing was a breeze. I would recommend her as an agent to anyone looking to sell their home/land. If I could give her more than five stars, I would.

Melissa has helped me buy and sell several properties. She really worked hard to make sure my house was prepared for the market. She even helped clean, I didn't know Realtors did half the things she did. I will always use her for anything real estate in the future. She has a great personality and explains things to us in a way that really makes sense. Never felt like we were out of the loop.
