We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with by Jess McLaughlin. He was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, to the purchase and construction of our new house. I wish I could find some criticism to help him better himself in his career, but I honestly can't think of anything that he could have done differently or better for us. We had some difficult moments in both aspects ( buying) that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as he did. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Jess was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that he knew his career and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using him and have already recommended him to several of our friends and will continue to do so.

We enjoyed working with Jess. He wasn't pushy, which I appreciated. He has a good eye when going into homes He is knowledgeable regarding home repairs/costs and would provide feedback regarding items that would need repairing with the homes we walked through. He also went up into the attics and under the homes, which I wasn't expecting. If he was concerned about something, he would take a picture and send to his home inspector counterpart for feedback. He was always professional and was also very quick with every step of the contract process (initiation, counters, follow-ups re: appraisals, inspections, etc).

Jess is hands down the best real estate agent I have ever worked with and have recommended him to my friends and family! He was so patient with us as we worked to find our dream home and had our best interest at heart. Then when a listing was accidentally posted before it was supposed to Jess worked non-stop to contact the agent and get us in to see our beautiful home! First of all, Jess is one of the nicest people we have ever met. He listens & understands that selling/ buying a home is very stressful. He was in constant contact with us, replying quickly to every question we had. He also was absolutely amazing at coming up with ideas & solutions whenever we ran into a problem. Jess was brilliant in dealing with other realtors. He came up with compromises that were agreeable to both families. We would highly recommend Jess. We sold our house for $25K over asking price! WOW!
