Amazing is a word that doesn't fully describe Meredith! She was there for us from day one and even after we had an issue with the buyer, she stood by us. Not many agents will do that once closing happens. Regardless of how many clients she has, we felt like we were always a priority. Emails/texts were answered right away any time! You can see she isn’t in it for money, but the passion of her work.

We recently sold our house with Meredith’s Team. The whole experience was really great, and I highly recommend working with them if you plan to sell your house or purchase a new one. The team went above and beyond to take care of almost every step in the process, so that we can just do the very minimum.

Meredith's handling of staging, photos, and presentation were perfect. They also took those extra steps that I hadn’t even considered such as contacting and working with the HOA to make recommended fixes prior to the sale.
