North Kensington’s rolling three-month snapshot shows more homes available and a slower pace of deals. Active listings are up slightly year over year, with 67 homes on the market and 4.2 months of supply, nearly double last year’s level. Pending sales, however, are down more than 20% from a year ago, pointing to softer contract activity even as inventory builds.
Pricing is adjusting to these conditions.
