I'm getting close to my first full year in the real estate business. I became licensed this February in Dallas. I was still in school at the time so I was focused on getting some leases done in my spare time. I was my brokerages top leased agent in 2022 and I was only licensed for 6-7 months.
I recently got a new build under contract in Melissa, TX and was able to knock off $20,000 from the listing price. On top of that he received $15,000 to cover the closing cost and won't be paying anything out of pocket for his first home.
