A neighbor had previously worked with Michele. We had no doubts after meeting her. I felt an immediate connection of trust. She didn't tell us what we wanted to hear to get the listing. She told us what would get the house sold in the shortest amount of time. We had some cleanup and fixes to do, so we set up a date 3 weeks in the future. Michele checked in every few days to see what roadblocks, if any she might help with. Listing day came and we took our cats off to hotel to give buyer agents and their clients free rein. We chose not to hear about offers until they were presented on Monday. We had nine offers, one from a buyer Michele had brought thru. Michele had everything entered on an Excel spreadsheet, so comparisons were easy Our selection happened to be the buyer Michele brought in. What a kind and understanding man. The time from accepting offer to close went very fast. Michele kept us informed the whole way and even offered to come over to help us pack. We have heard from Michele a couple of times since. The importance of this partnership was the absolute certainty that we were treated equally to the buyers. I would recommend Michele anytime.

We had difficulties during our negotiations once our offer was accepted, as well as massive road blocks during appraisal, Michelle really fought for us and made sure that we were not being taken advantage of as well as putting in extra work on behalf of the listing agent to ensure our appraisal was accurate.

We wish we could buy more houses from Michelle, we have been giving her name to every person we can.

One of the things that stood out for me about Michele is that she’s very friendly and welcoming. She explained to first time homeowners how complex, and how patient we would have to be. Her words were “I won’t give up if you won’t.” To me that’s when I knew she was the best agent for us.

Very happy with everything.

I had already gone through 3 agents that were difficult to get ahold of & set up showings with. I was beyond frustrated - called the office and asked the receptionist if there were any agents who returned calls and like showing houses - Michele answered & it seriously turned out to be my lucky day.

I wouldn't have a house if it weren't for Michele. I was probably a gigantic pain, but she was totally calm and cool thru the whole process - answered ALL of my questions, sometimes repeatedly, talked me off the proverbial ledge on more than one occasion. I am absolutely certain if I had wound up with a different realtor, I would've ended up walking away and renting a crummy apartment.

She's very knowledgeable about houses and their problems and what needs to be done to address them, the local scene, every step of the process from offer to closing. You seriously couldn't ask for a better realtor.
