Syracuse’s rolling three-month numbers show more homes changing hands and a busier listing pipeline than a year ago. Homes sold are up more than 70 percent year over year, and new listings have climbed by a similar margin, even though they dipped recently from early-summer levels. Inventory has expanded, with active listings rising roughly three quarters compared with last year and months of supply increasing to 2.6.
