Before we met Michelle, we had purchased and sold 12 Homes, but we had never purchased a new home from a Builder. We are currently leasing a home while we find our final Retirement Home. After extensive research and deliberation, we decided to relocate from South Florida to Ormond Beach, FL. We had watched a lot of YouTube videos on Ormond Beach, but the ones that Michelle had seemed to provide the most detail. We had called two Builders and had scheduled our trip there, but after watching one of Michelle's Videos, where she said, "Don't buy from a Builder without a Realtor," we changed our mind and canceled our visit. We called Michelle, and it was the best decision we ever made. Michelle explained that it doesn't cost the buyer anything, but by having her with you,u she will ensure that the facts you get are correct and that she will be there to represent you after you go back to your home.
