Tracy you're awesome, as a first time home buyer I was a little nervous to say the least but, I wanted to get back in the market looking for a new home, I was lucky enough to get Tracy . I told her what I was looking for and she got back to me with very nice properties and also gave me a couple more options to take a look at, She was able to show me the properties on a Sunday with very short notice. I was able to get all of my questions answered. She has made my home buying process so seamless, She's a great negotiator because my offer was countered however her due diligence and the back and forth got me to a point where I could live with the numbers and I was ready to close the deal, I cried, it was a fight, but Tracy was the right person. We saw the proprty on. Sunday and went under contract the next Thursday, I'm just taking it all in.
