We highly recommend working with Michelle! She made the process of home buying in the insanity of the 2022 housing market feel not only manageable, but truly enjoyable too.
She’s incredibly knowledgeable and was diligent in keeping our search moving. Michelle was consistently in communication with us and worked fast to set up showings, send over materials, put in offers, etc.

Michelle is incredibly intelligent and has a broad depth of knowledge about houses. She is excellent at follow-through and making sure that the deal stays on track. She's a good communicator and is a real estate investor herself, so can see beyond just a pretty (or ugly) house to the real value. She has high ethical standards and will truly represent your interests, whether as a buyer or a seller. She represented me as a buyer for a property valued at $1,000,000 and I'm thrilled with the purchase. Before we found that particular property, she tirelessly scoured and previewed the listings that met my criteria, rejecting those she didn't find were good value or good condition. That saved me a lot of time and I trust her instincts. I never felt any pressure to consider a deal. You don't always find someone to work with who has a good knowledge of housing structure as well as the professional follow-through.
