Mitzi Newman was phenomenal. She attended to our needs and worked hard to provide my family with properties that were comparable to what we were looking for, in the price range and location we wanted. She was neutral when I made a decision and was very informative when I wanted to weigh the pros and cons of the properties. She made herself available and was very attentive. That is important when searching for a home purchase. She made the home buying process easy.

Mitzie Newman is a great realtor! She worked with us here and while we were still in Florida and made everything as easy as possible. Mitzie understood the market and also understood investor mentality vs a buyer buying for their family. Mitzie was willing to assist with a few unique needs and went above and beyond on other needs. She had knowledge and also was honest if O was asking for assistance in something she didn't have specific experience with but was definitely willing to take on the task (live property auction and courthouse follow up during waiting period) and she was excellent and honest

I had been looking at houses on line for over a year and had subscribed to Mitzie's webpage. I consistently got information on homes on the market. I knew I had to take care of financial things prior to looking at homes. I wanted to make sure that I knew what I qualified for before I wasted an agent's time. I made of list of things that I wanted and gave that list to her and she sent me a cart of homes that was in my price range. We had made arrangement to look at homes on Saturday and Friday night the home I purchased showed up in the cart. I immediately said I wanted to see this house. I had a long list of what I wanted/needed and Mitzie was honest and told me that I would not find what I was looking for in the price range I qualified for …. but this house had most everything of what I wanted. We saw several other homes that day but I asked to revisit this house again and said yes !!! I wanted a double garage, bonus room for my daughter, gas fire place, fenced yard …. the only thing that I did not get that I wanted was an updated kitchen …. I have a small kitchen but I can tolerate that until I can upgrade it. The only other issue I had was I did not know that after inspection and before closing that you typically re-inspect the house...and I had not budgeted that and there was a time I got very upset, but we worked through it and Mitzie understood how I felt and stepped up and paid for the reinspection. To me that is a class act and showed she cared for my feelings and wanted to show good faith.. Mitzie was knowledgeable and had support staff that helped me along the way …. I am very pleased of my purchase.
It was a long and tough process, but Mitzie was very active and communicated details whenever we asked. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
