Especiallly since I resided in another state (Virginia) selling a home in Fayetteville, NC. Mitzie attention to detail through the entire process was smooth and stress free. She was very patient with me and eplained every step and answered every question with promptness. There were some repairs that had to me done, she contacted the differnet contractors for each project ensured repairs were completed. Because of that we were still able to close and a timely manner. Mitzie Newman is an excellent agent to work with, she is very knowledgeable, and agent you can trust. We are living in Germany so time difference was an issue but she always answers questions, showed us houses no problem. Mitzie sold our last house before we moved to Germany so without hesitation I wanted her as our agent again. We had to terminate 2 contracts before finding our house, Mitzie executed our wishes without judgement. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy their next property.
