Nadine was awesome! I talked to 2 or 3 other agents before her who did nothing. After my first conversation with Nadine, the ball got rolling. Nadine inspected the property, told me what was needed, got a survey, and guided me each step of the way. She helped me address the buyers many demands and negotiate the sales price. When the first offer fell through, she repeated the process. The second offer was successful. I received very nearly the asking price.
