I worked with Nadine for a couple of months online prior to arriving in Temple. She was quick to respond to my texts, emails, Zillow pins, and especially the houses I was liking on the website she sent me. She paid very close attention to what I was looking for and we were able to narrow over 80 houses I liked to less than 10 before I even got here. By the time we started looking at houses, I felt she knew what I wanted better than I did. I ended up buying the 5th house we looked at. She very much made a stressful process painless and even enjoyable.

Nadine was very responsive to any and all questions I had about the selling process. She was able to recommend professionals who were helpful in the renovation of my home prior to selling. She communicated regularly the status of showings and what prospective buyers were looking for in the local market. In my absence she cut the water off to my property prior to a massive freeze hitting the area to ensure that no damage's occurred in my absence.
