Nancy was outstanding realtor to work with. Nancy went the extra mile throughout the process of gathering comps, listing, open houses and working with prospective buyers agents. Although we were not able to settle on a sale within the time I could market the home, I would recommend her. Her experience and professionalism was admirable and overall very pleasant to work with. A++

Nancy did an outstanding job. She was very responsive and helpful when I had question. She has an incredible handle on the marketplace and negotiated well on my behalf. Whatever needed to be done she did it. I would highly recommend Nancy to others looking to sell their house

As first time home buyers, we did not know a lot about the process. Nancy was a huge help right from the start. She had great recommendations for lenders, lawyers, etc. which made the overall process of buying a house very easy. We ended up buying our house site unseen but Nancy was extremely responsive during the negotiation process. She already was familiar with the selling agent (which I have started to notice, she is very familiar with a lot of people in the industry which is a HUGE help) and was able to help get our offer accepted before the second open house. She gave great advice throughout the process and truly do not think we would have found our dream home at a great price without her!

I recently worked with Nancy Miles to rent an apartment in North Attleboro. I can't express it enough how much of a pleasure it was. She is a very informative expert in the field of real-estate. A genuine master of her craft. She had a great deal of knowledge about the area and was happy to answer any questions I had. She was very involved in the whole process and went over and beyond making this as painless for me as possible. She was incredibly reliable and communicated well with myself and the home owners. I truly believe that Nancy is an absolute asset to anyone looking to buy, rent or sell property. It was a delight to work with someone as professional, honest and respectful as she was.

Regards,
Mike
