We relocated from out of the area and needed a real estate agent here. We found our dream home on Zillow and through Zillow, Nathan was sent to us. We had no knowledge of anything about him, but we were so excited about this home that we cut the research. I also would like to add that we didn't even believe that we would be able to get this home with how crazy the market was but with all the troubles we've had so far with finding a home to buy, why not try. Nathan ended up being the best fit for the job. Not only was he able to land us our dream home, he was able to work with our mortgage company and find us numerous "loopholes" to fit with our very tight budget. He was always there to answer the phone with all our young first time buyer questions. Our sellers agent was a little unresponsive so he took it under his wing to work with all of us to keep great communication regarding the property.
