“Jimmy Castro's Team helped me purchase a beautiful TownHouse in my dream neighborhood. Loli & Alix (Sr. Brokers) from the Dream Team did their magic, jumping through hoops and making this transaction flawless, and quick. I was informed every step of the way. They were truely excited for my purchase as if it was their own, and I am very greatful for their expertise and diligence.”

“This is our first experience selling this type of property, so we dont have much to compare it to, also, we really dont know what Pamela did in office to push our property. For example, if she showed our property and the person was hesitant because for a reason, ie not good lighting , too big, we dont know if pamela followed up with a phone call to person or other broker to help navigate a sale. There was never an open house, only help she had was on multiple listing. As far as we know never a caravan showing with local realtors. All in all Pamela did swell. Like I said at her desk she might have been pushing the sale beyond expectations. When I went in to chat about activity or lack of on the sale, I decided to lower price 1000, she did point out that it would bring house back up on listing. Never did she suggest that I should go more or less on price, like I have stated, this is probably the norm to let seller decide without suggestion.”

“Amy Mosley contributed effective organization, high motivation, great effort, and superb communications to prepare, list, and sell my condo in much less time than expected for $15,000 over the asking price. Truly a great realtor with sound advice on preparing the unit for sale, selection of initial price, and a modest reduction (that was recouped by the strong winning offer), and negotiating strategy with buyer agents. Her assistants were very helpful in getting the unit on the market in a timely manner and then following through to support a short escrow. A 5-star effort and result for me. Thank You, Amy Mosley”

“I had the privilege of working with Nancy Andreason on the sale of my late brother's condominium during probate. Nancy's professionalism, knowledge, communication, positive attitude, patience, sense of humor are what stood out. Nancy provided recommendations for an amazing clean out company and a home insurance broker, both of whom I used. During the sale we unfortunately learned that there were issues with the condominium complex's HOA which made it extremely difficult for the buyer to obtain a conventional loan which led to several delays and what felt like stalling by the lender. Nancy always kept me updated and her optimism was reassuring during the delays. Nancy stayed on top of things, she kept close contact with the buyers agent, escrow, and the buyers lender. I would highly recommend Nancy Andreason to anyone needing a communicative, compassionate, results driven real estate professional.”
